摘要
将测试样品导入高频炉中,在燃烧炉高温下经过氧气氧化燃烧,在助熔剂存在下,将碳转化为二氧化碳气体,以氧气为载气注入红外检测仪器,测定二氧化碳。用标准物质绘制校准曲线,计算试样中的碳量。该方法经过对仪器参数优化后,结果稳定,仪器检出限D_L=0.0015%,测定下限0.0059%,测定范围满足生产需求。
The sample is put into the HF furnace,oxidation ignition with oxygen under the ignition furnace high T. C is transformed into carbon dioxide gas with the flux,take the oxygen as carrier pour into infra-red tester in order to test the carbon dioxide. Make the correction curve with the standard material,calculate the C in the sample. The test result of this method is stable,after the optimization of tester parameter,the tester detection limit DL= 0. 0015%,test lower limit 0. 0059%,the test range can meet the requirement.
