2型糖尿病肾病患者血清维生素D水平与氧化应激的相关性研究

Correlation Study of the Levels of Vitamin D with Oxidative Stress in Type 2 Diabetes

目的:研究2型糖尿病肾病患者的血清维生素D水平与氧化应激的相关性。方法:收集2015年1月至2016年6月2型糖尿病患者总共107例,根据尿微量白蛋白/肌酐(ACR)的水平分为三组,对照组、微量白蛋白尿组和临床蛋白尿组,收集三组患者的一般临床资料,同时检测患者血清氧化应激水平(包括血清丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)),并检测患者血清25-羟维生素D水平。结果:三组患者的血清25-羟维生素D、MDA及SOD水平比较,均存在显著差异(P<0.05),正常蛋白尿组、微量白蛋白尿组及临床蛋白尿组患者的维生素D及SOD水平均呈下降趋势,而MDA水平呈升高趋势,组间两两比较均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。相关性分析提示,2型糖尿病患者血清25-羟维生素D水平与SOD水平呈正相关(r=0.358,P<0.05),与MDA水平呈负相关(r=-0.490,P<0.05)。结论:在2型糖尿病肾病患者,维生素D水平与氧化应激呈负相关。

Objective： To investigate the correlation of the levels of vitamin D with oxidative stress in type 2 diabetes. Methods： 107 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized in affiliated hospital of chengde medical university were enrolled as objects of the study,the levels of vitamin D、MDA and SOD in the blood were detected. Results： The levels of vitamin D and SOD of contral group,microalbuminuria group and clinical proteinuria group were decreased,while the levels of MDA were on the rise,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.The levels of vitamin D and MDA were negtively correlated,and the levels of vitamin D and SOD were positively correlated. Conclusion： The levels of vitamin D and oxidative stress in type 2 diabetic nephropathy were negtively correlated.
