摘要
基于2009-2015年中国农业科研院所省际面板数据,分别构建随机前沿生产函数与共同前沿生产函数,测度分析创新模式异同对农业科研院所研发效率的影响。结果表明:两种方法下开展协同创新的农业科研院所研发效率均优于仅开展独立创新的农业科研院所,且基于Meta-frontier模型测度的结果表明:协同创新的技术前沿面相切于共同前沿面,而独立创新的技术前沿面距离共同前沿面尚存在一定差距,协同创新模式下的技术水平优于独立创新模式下的技术水平。
Based on the provincial panel data of China Agricultural Research Institutes in 2009-2015,this paper constructs the stochastic frontier production function and the Meta frontier production function measure and analyzes the influence of innovation pattern on the research and development efficiency of agricultural research institutes.The results show that the research and development efficiency of collaborative research institutes is better than that of independent agricultural research institutes,and the results of the Meta-frontier model measure show that the collaborative frontier is tangent to the common frontier,while the distance between the frontier and the common frontier of the independent innovation technology is still different,and the technical level in the collaborative innovation mode is superior to the technical level under the independent innovation mode.
