雷帕霉素对EMs血管生成影响的实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨雷帕霉素对子宫内膜异位病灶生长及血管生成的影响,为子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的治疗探索新的方法。方法:建立内异症SCID小鼠动物模型,随机分为对照组10例(生理盐水组)和治疗组10例(雷帕霉素治疗组)。观察病灶的生长情况,免疫组化法测定病灶组织微血管密度(MVD)的表达。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,异位病灶显著缩小(P<0.05);治疗组的MVD与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:雷帕霉素可显著抑制SCID小鼠异位病灶的血管生成及异位病灶的生长,是一种新型有效的治疗方法,为临床治疗EMs提供理论依据。 Objective: To investigate the effect of rapamycin( RAPA) on the growth and angiogenesis of endometriosis,and explore a new method for the treatment of endometriosis. Methods: the SCID mice model of endometriosis was established and divided into 10 cases of control group( normal saline group) and 10 cases of treatment group( rapamycin treatment group). The growth of the lesion was observed and the expression of microvascular density( MVD) in the lesion was measured by immunohistochemistry. Results: compared with the control group,the ectopic focus was significantly reduced( P〈0. 05),and the MVD in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: rapamycin can significantly inhibit angiogenesis and ectopic growth of ectopic lesions in SCID mice,and is an effective treatment for clinical treatment.
