铁路建设项目环境保护影像资料管理的探讨

影像资料可以直观反映施工期环境保护工作效果,但在铁路工程建设资料管理体系中,针对环境保护影像资料尚无系统明确要求。以拉林铁路建设为例,以开工前和恢复后影像资料比对为主线,探讨生态环境保护影像资料的整理内容和技术要求;影像资料收集范围涵盖主体工程、临时工程、取弃土场、问题影像资料、其他影像资料、环保设施影像资料等,重点突出环境保护措施的影像资料收集。影像资料体系的建立使施工期环境保护工作效果具有连续性和可追溯性,为工程过程控制和竣工环境保护验收提供支撑,对铁路建设项目环境保护影像资料的管理具有一定的借鉴意义。

Image data can directly reflect work ettect of environmental protection during construction. However, in the data management system of railway construction, there is still not systematic and specific requirements aim at environmental protection image data. Taking Lhasa to Nyingchi railway construction as an example, this paper discussed the content and technical requirements of ecological environment protection image data by comparing the image data of pre-construction and post-restoration. Collecting image data covered main project, temporary project, soil digging and discarding, problem image data, other image data and environmental protection facilities image data, etc, the image data collection of environmental protection measures are highlighted. The establishment of image data system enables the continuity and traceability of environmental protection work during construction, provides strong support for construction process control and acceptance of environmental protection when construction is completed, has learning and guiding significance for the collection of environmental management image data on railway construction projects.
