摘要
为适应我国铁路货车提速、重载的要求,铁路货车制造企业实施了重载快捷技术改造建设项目,在项目落实过程中,针对生产过程中存在的化学、物理等职业病危害因素进行检测和评价,通过防尘、防毒、防噪声、防高温措施,个体劳动防护,建立应急救援及职业健康监护等预防控制方法,使职业病危害因素总体得到有效控制、取得较好效果。
In order to meet the requirements of speed-up and heavy-load of railway freight cars in China, railway freight car manufacturing enterprises have implemented the heavy-load rapid technical transformation construction project. During the implementation of the project, the occupational-disease-inductive factors such as chemical and physical factors existing in the production process are detected and evaluated. Through dust- proof, gas-proof, noise-proof, high-temperature-proof measures, personal labor protection, emergency rescue and occupational health monitoring and other prevention and control methods are established, so that the occupational-disease-inductive factors are effectively controlled and better results are obtained.
