体检指标与慢性高原病机体损害的研究进展

Research Progress on the Relationship between Physical Examination Index and Body Damage of Chronic Altitude Disease

慢性高原病是高原常见病,表现为过度的红细胞增多和肺动脉高压,是严重影响高原居民健康的疾患。通过对慢性高原病患者血液、肺功能等体检指标变化情况的综述,初步分析体检指标异常与机体损害的关系,探讨能够敏感反映慢性高原病损伤的体检指标,以期提高对慢性高原病防治工作的认识,更好地保护在高原地区生活和工作人员的健康。

Chronic plateau disease is a common disease in plateau, which is characterized by excessive eythrocytosis and pulmonary hypertension. It is a disease that seriously affects the health of plateau residents. By reviewing the changes of blood and lung function of patients with chronic plateau disease, the relationship between abnormal physical examination indexes and body damage was preliminarily analyzed, and the physical examination indexes which can sensitively reflect the damage of chronic plateau disease were discussed, so as to improve the understanding of the prevention and treatment of chronic plateau disease and better protect the health of lite and staff in plateau area.
