影响移动设备界面解锁方式的用户体验因素研究——以手机界面解锁为例

Research on user experience factors affecting the interface unlocking mode of mobile devices: taking mobile phone interface unlocking as an example

科技的飞速发展使得手机成为现今用户群体最为庞大的移动设备之一,界面解锁作为最直观且常见的人机交互方式,也在很大程度上影响着用户的操作体验。文章通过访谈法,实现了基于手机界面解锁方式的用户体验影响因素研究,对目前主流的几种解锁方式进行了分析,总结得到了影响用户体验的几类重要因素。

With the rapid development of science and technology, mobile phone has become one of the most large mobile devices in the current user group. As the most intuitive and common human-computer interaction mode, the interface unlocking also affects the user＇s operating experience to a great extent. Through the interview method, the influence factors of the user experience based on the unlocking mode of the mobile phone interface are studied in this paper, and several main ways of the unlocking are analyzed, and several important factors that affect the user experience are summarized.
