摘要
为了探究配煤法制备煤基中孔活性炭是否满足要求,因此对其进行试验探究。选取的材料源自山西大同,并选取山西平朔某地煤作为辅助材料,采用活化法调控活性炭孔隙结构,按照《煤质颗粒活性炭分析测试标准》分析试验效果。试验结果表明:本次研究制定的活性炭满足中孔结构要求,孔径低于3.5nm时,孔容微分峰值达到最大。
In order to explore whether the coal-based mesoporous activated carbon can meet the requirements,the experiment is carried out.The selected materials were derived from Datong,Shanxi,and selected coal in Pingshuo of Shanxi as auxiliary materials.The activation method was used to control the pore structure of activated carbon.The test results were analyzed according to the test standard of coal particle active carbon analysis.The experimental results show that the activated carbon prepared by this study meets the structural requirements of mesopores.And the peak value of pore volume reaches the maximum when the pore size is less than 3.5 nm.
