油酸Ka值的测定-酸滴定油酸钠法

摘要 用无水乙醇作溶剂,将油酸钠纯化,并用气相色谱与质谱联用仪(GCMS)对油酸钠的含量进行检测;依据质子条件推导出在盐酸滴定油酸钠体系中溶液pH与油酸Ka值的关系,通过电位滴定法测定了20℃时油酸的电离常数(Ka)值为1.62×10^(-9);对不同浓度油酸钠的实测pH值与理论推导值进行了验证对照,结果一致。 The sodium oleate is purified with anhydrous ethanol as solvent.The component of sodium oleate was tested by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry(GCMS).The relationship between Ka value of oleic acid and pH of solution was derived in the system of sodium oleate titrated by hydrochloric acid solution according to the proton condition.The Ka value of the oleic acid was 1.62×10^-9 at 20℃ by potentiometric titration.The measured pH of sodium oleate in different concentrations were verified and compared with theoretical values,and the two results were consistent.
