针对原料气压缩机填料接筒及曲轴箱可燃气含量偏高的问题,为确保机组安全运行,经过反复研究,制定了可行性改造方案,并实施改造,对0#、1#原料气压缩机填料接筒采取了氮气通风保护措施,可燃气得到了有效控制,至今运行稳定。

In view of the problem of high gas content in the packing tube and crankcase of the feed gas compressor,in order to ensure the safe operation of the unit,the feasibility transformation scheme has been formulated after repeated research and demonstration.And the nitrogen gas ventilation protection measures are adopted for the packing tube of 0# and 1# feed gas compressor.The fuel gas has been effectively controlled and has operated steadily.
