摘要
在对预热炉对流段和转化炉氧气入口管线进行改造的过程中,为防止预热炉对流段炉管干烧,对流段需引蒸汽进行保护,在对流段出口放空处放空,且在放空出口位置设置消音器。此次炉改造基本达到预期目标,安全效益和经济效益均达到了显著的效果。
Through reforming the convection section of the preheating furnace and the oxygen inlet pipeline of the reformer,in order to prevent the drying of the convection section of the preheating furnace,the convection section should be protected by steam,and it is emptied at the outlet of the convection section,and the silencer is set at the outlet position.The transformation of the furnace basically achieves the expected goal,and the safety and economic benefits have achieved remarkable results.
