1949-2015年上海居住空间扩张演化特征及驱动因素——基于新增住宅小区数据的实证分析

The Characteristics and Mechanism of Residential Space Expansion from 1949 to 2015 in Shanghai City:Based on the Data of New Residential District Analysis

以1949-2015年上海市新增住宅小区数据为基础,分析上海市居住空间扩张的阶段性特征及动态演变规律,并对其驱动力进行考察.研究结果表明:上海市居住空间扩张分别经历了缓慢发展、快速扩张、高速拓展和稳定蔓延4个发展阶段;各阶段分别呈现出圈层式扩展与飞地式扩张、内环布局与近郊蔓延、近郊"指状伸展"、远郊跳跃式拓展的特征;上海市居住空间扩张的驱动力主要由政策制度、城市行为及个体与开发商行为三方面组成.

Based on the data of new residential districts in Shanghai during 1949-2015,this paper analyzes the stages of residential space expansion in Shanghai and its dynamic evolution mechanism.The results show that：（1）the expansion of residential space in Shanghai has experienced four stages of development：slow development,rapid expansion,high-speed expansion and stable spread.（2）Each stage separately presented the characteristics of circling extension and enclave expansion,inner ring layout and suburban spread,＂finger extension＂of suburban and＂leaping expansion＂of outer suburb.（3）The driving force of Shanghai＇s residential space expansion is mainly composed of three aspects：policy system,the behavior of urban and the behavior of individual and developer.
