排球手交叉步摔倒膝盖关节损伤的预防与治疗

Prevention of Knee Joint Injury in Volleyball Hand Crossing

对排球手交叉步摔倒膝盖损伤原理进行分析,建立相关的运动力学模型,对排球手交叉步摔倒膝盖关节损伤后的机能免疫细胞凋亡过程进行检测,据此提出辅助治疗方法,实现对膝盖关节损伤的预防与治疗.研究结果表明,提出的预防和治疗方法可以有效降低损伤概率,有助于排球手交叉步摔倒膝盖关节损伤的机能恢复正常.

Principle of knee injury in volleyball hand cross step fall is analyzed to establish the mechanical model of motion related to the volleyball,cross step hand fell knee joint injury function of immune cells apoptosis process were detected to prevent knee joint injury according to proposed adjuvant therapy.The results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the probability of injury,and help volleyball players to fall down step by step,and the function of knee joint injury is restored to normal.
