基于红外热成像技术的水力发电机效率的测定方法

摘要 量热法是测量发电机能量转换效率的最广泛应用的有效方法。针对量热法需要使用大量温度传感器的缺点,本文介绍了一种利用红外热成像技术实现发电机效率测量的方法。该方法通过红外热成像技术准确测量发电机在运行过程中的热能损耗,实现对发电机效率的快速测定。案例分析表明,该方法具有成本低、测量效率高、测量结果准确的优点。 Calorimetry is the most widely used and effective method to measure energy conversion efficiency of generators.A method to measure the generator efficiency by using infrared thermal imaging technology is introduced in the paper in view of the disadvantages of calorimetric method use of many temperature sensors. The method is used for accurately measuring the thermal energy loss of the generator during operation process by infrared thermal imaging technology,thereby realizing quick measurement of generator efficiency. Case analysis shows that the method has advantages of low cost, high measurement efficiency and accurate measurement results.
