摘要
贵州清水江白市水电站自投产以来,一直存在机组运行时顶盖垂直振动超标、在较大负荷下运行时机组与厂房楼板间歇性剧烈振动等问题。为解决此问题,2017年9月,组织对电站2号机组进行了真空破坏阀强迫补气试验和顶盖无叶区强迫补气试验。本文基于SMA2000系统对白市水电站2号机组强迫补气试验数据与自然补气振摆数据进行对比分析,根据得出的试验结论,提出了对策建议。
Guizhou Qingshui River Baishi Hydropower Station always has the problems of head cover vertical vibration exceeding the standard during unit operation,intermittent violent vibration between unit and workshop floor during operation under relatively large load,etc. since it was put into production. The vacuum breaker valve compulsory gas-supply test and compulsory gas-supply test in head cover vaneless space were carried out on power station No. 2 unit in September 2017 in order to solve the problem. compulsory gas-supply test data and natural gas-supply vibration pendulum data of No. 2 unit in Baishi Hydropower station are compared and analyzed based on SMA 2000 system in the paper,and countermeasure suggestions are proposed according to the achieved test conclusion.
