摘要 针对"调控一体化"体系运行过程中暴露出的监控员现场运行经验缺乏、设备原理不熟悉等问题,国网浙江省电力公司率先开展输变电设备集中监控辅助决策技术的研究与应用,设计了一套基于三维实景技术的变电站仿真培训平台。该平台利用三维实景技术搭建典型变电站的仿真模型,并以热点的形式集成了有关一二次设备的原理知识、现场运行规程、集中监控运行相关管理规定以及专家库系统关联的相关告警信息处置意见等。本文从三维实景技术原理、三维实景平台搭建、专家库系统设计等三个方面内容详细介绍了变电站仿真培训平台的设计方法。实际运行经验表明,该平台可大幅提高监控员的知识水平和业务能力,是提升调控中心集中监控管控效率的有效手段。 To solve the problems exposed in the"dispatching and control integration"operation process that supervisors are lack of field operation experience and principle knowledge of equipments,this paper designed a substation's simulation and training platform based on three-dimensional( 3 D) real technology. The simulation modeling of typical substation is built on the platform with 3 D real technology. Relevant warning disposition suggestions are integrated on the platform as hot spots concerning the principle knowledge of primary and secondary equipments in substations,field operation procedure,administrative regulations of centralized supervision and control,and expert database. This paper introduces the design procedures of substation's simulation and training platform in detail in three aspects: 3 D real technology theory,3 D real platform construction and the design of expert database system. Practical operation experience proves that this platform will productively improve the knowledge level and professional ability of supervisors,which is an effective means to improve the control efficiency of dispatching and control integration.
