新型绝缘操作棒的研制

Development on a New Kind of Insulating Operation Rod

目前户外设备装设接地线主要通过绝缘操作棒安装,在安装过程中,由于操作棒接头采用永磁铁与接地线线夹进行吸合,取下操作棒不易。针对此问题,本文研制出一种新型绝缘操作棒,可以通过人工控制操作棒接头处电磁铁,从而达到控制操作棒与线夹之间的吸力,降低操作难度,缩短操作时间,确保接地线与设备可靠接触,同时消除对设备影响。

Currently,insulating rod is commonly used for initialing earth wire,which applied the principle that the earth clamp is attracted by the permanent magnet. However,the force of magnet increases the difficulty to separate the insulating rod and the earth wire. Fortunately,a new kind of insulating rod is developed for that matter. An electromagnet initialized at the top of the rod could provide the power of attracting between insulating rod and the clamp,which could be manually controlled. The advantages of this newly developed rod are decreasing operation difficulty,a reduction in time and ensuring the reliable contact between the earth wire and the equipment to eliminate the influence to the equipment.
