随着临床对内耳疾病认识的加深,鼓室给药以其可以避免血-迷路屏障、膜迷路药物浓度高等优势以不同的治疗方式逐渐应用于治疗梅尼埃病、突发性聋等内耳疾病,本文将对鼓室给药的临床应用及研究进展予以综述。

With the deepening of understanding of inner ear diseases, intratympanic drug administration, with its advantages in bypassing the blood-labyrinth barrier and high drug concentration in the membrane labyrinth, has gradual-ly gained utility in the treatment of inner ear diseases, such as Meniere＇s disease and sudden sensorineural hearing loss. Clinical applications and research progress of intratympanic drug administration are reviewed in this paper.
