完整结肠系膜切除术与传统根治术治疗结肠癌的临床观察

Clinical Detection of Treatment Colon Cancer by Complete Mesocolon Resection and Traditional Radical Resection

目的:探讨完整结肠系膜切除术与传统根治术治疗结肠癌的临床效果。方法:分析2014年1月-2017年2月本院收治的结肠癌患者78例的临床资料,依据手术方式不同进行分组,观察组(完整结肠系膜切除术组)39例和对照组(传统根治术组)39例。观察两组结肠癌患者手术情况、术后并发症情况、淋巴结切除情况。结果:两组结肠癌患者术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、拔管时间、进食时间和住院时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组结肠癌患者吻合口瘘、残端肿瘤残余发生率均低于对照组,结肠癌患者平均淋巴结切除、阳性转移淋巴结切除、左半结肠淋巴结切除、右半结肠淋巴结切除个数均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:完整结肠系膜切除术治疗结肠癌患者,并发症少,切除效率高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical result of treatment colon cancer by complete mesocolon resection and traditional radical resection.Method：The clinical data of 78 colon cancer patients in our hospital from Jan 2014 to Feb 2017 were analyzed,they were divided into two group,detection group（complete mesocolon resection group）39 cases and control group（traditional radical resection group）39 cases.The operation,postoperative complications,lymph node excision of two group were detected.Result：The peroperative bleeding,postoperative anal discharge time,extubation time,take food time and hospital stays of two group had no differences（P〈0.05）.The stomal leak,residual tumor remnants rate of detection group were lower than those of control group,the mean lymph node dissection,positive metastatic lymph node dissection,left half colon lymph node dissection,right half colon lymph node dissection number of detection group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment colon cancer patients by complete mesocolon resection,complication is little,removal efficiency is high,it is worth to be used.
