血清25(OH)D水平在心血管疾病合并糖尿病患者中的表达及对血脂的影响

Expression of Serum 25(OH)D in Patients with Cardiovascular Disease and Diabetes Mellitus and Its Effect on Blood Lipids

目的:探讨血清25(OH)D水平在心血管疾病合并糖尿病患者中的表达及对血脂水平变化的影响。方法:选取2016年4月-2018年2月本院内分泌科收治的98例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者为研究对象,依据是否合并心血管疾病变将其分为单纯T2DM组(A组)与合并心血管疾病组(B组),各49例。同期选取49例体检健康者为对照组。观察比较三组空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平变化,并比较血清25(OH)D在三组中的表达水平。结果:三组的FBG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、血清25(OH)D指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=1.295、1.095、1.238、1.637、1.460,P<0.05)。A、B两组患者在服用维生素D治疗后,血糖、血脂以及血清25(OH)D表达水平均有所改善。结论:血清25(OH)D在心血管疾病合并糖尿病患者中的表达水平较低,对血糖、血脂水平均有影响,临床应给予高度重视。

Objective：To investigate the expression of serum 25（OH）D in patients with cardiovascular disease and diabetes mellitus and its effect on the changes of blood lipids level.Method：A total of 98 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2 DM） from April 2016 to February 2018 in the Endocrinology Department of our hospital were selected.According to whether complicated with cardiovascular disease or not,they were divided into T2 DM group（group A） and T2 DM combined with cardiovascular disease group（group B）,49 cases in each group.Meanwhile,49 healthy persons were selected as control group.The changes of fasting blood glucose（FBG）,total cholesterol（TC）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） in three groups were observed and compared,and the expression level of serum 25（OH）D in three groups was compared.Result：There were significant differences in FBG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C and serum 25（OH）D indexes between the three groups（F=1.295,1.095,1.238,1.637,1.460;P〈0.05）.After vitamin D treatment,the expression levels of blood glucose,blood lipids and serum 25（OH）D were all improved in group A and B.Conclusion：The expression level of serum 25（OH）D in patients with cardiovascular disease and diabetes mellitus is low,which has an effect on blood glucose and blood lipids level,so it should be paid more attention in clinical practice.
