摘要
目的:探讨月经失调女性抗缪勒氏管激素(anti-Mullerian hormone,AMH)与卵泡刺激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)变化趋势及两者之间的相关性。方法:选取2017年1-9月本院就诊的106例月经失调育龄期女性为研究对象,按年龄段分为5组:A组(21~25岁,17例)、B组(26~30岁,23例)、C组(31~35岁,27例)、D组(36~40岁,21例)、E组(>41岁,18例)。检测并观察五组血清AMH、FSH水平及其两者相互间的关系。结果:血清AMH水平随年龄的增加而降低,与年龄呈负相关(r=-0.560,P<0.000 1)。五组血清AMH水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清FSH水平则随年龄增长而缓慢上升(r=0.086,P=0.391)。A组血清FSH水平低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其余各组血清FSH水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清AMH与FSH呈负相关,差异无统计学意义(r=-0.126,P=0.256)。结论:年龄是影响月经失调女性AMH水平重要因素,其与年龄相关性优于FSH,而AMH与FSH相关性不强,在月经失调患者中用AMH水平预测FSH不可取。
Objective:To investigate the relationship and the alteration tendency of anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH) and follicle-stimulating(FSH) in women with menstrual disorders.Method:A total of 106 cases with menstrual disorders in our hospital from January to September 2017 were divided into group A(21-25 years old,17 cases),group B(26-30 years old,23 cases),group C(31-35 years old,27 cases),group D(36-40 years old,21 cases),group E(41 years old,18 cases)according to the different age bracket.The levels of AMH and FSH in serum were detected and observed among the five groups.Result:There was a negative correlation with age and the levels of AMH(r=-0.560,P0.000 1).There were statistically significant in the levels of AMH among the five groups(P〈0.05).With the growth of age,the levels of FSH was slowly increasing(r=0.086,P=0.391).The level of FSH in group A was lower than that in the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);there were no statistically significan in the levels of FSH in the others groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Age is an important factor affecting the levels of AMH in women with menstrual disorders.There is no strong correlation between AMH and FSH,with a better correlation with age in the levels of AMH.So it is not advisable to predict FSH with AMH levels in women with menstrual disorders.
