仿生性瓷修复体的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Biomimetic Porcelain Prosthesis

目的:探究仿生性瓷修复体临床修复效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年11月本院牙体缺损患者90例。按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,各45例。对照组使用复合树脂材料修复缺损牙齿,研究组使用全瓷修复体修复缺损牙齿,记录患者在半年内出现的不良反应、满意度及治疗效果。结果:研究组术后不良反应发生率低于对照组,(P<0.05);研究组对治疗的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组牙体颜色、牙周关系、咀嚼力、邻接关系等方面的治疗效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用全瓷修复体对牙齿缺损患者进行仿生性修复可有效降低患者治疗后不良反应发生率,对患者的牙齿修复效果显著,可在临床中推广。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of biomimetic porcelain prosthesis.Method：A total of 90 patients with dental defects in our hospital from January 2016 to November 2017 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group used composite resin to repair the defect teeth,and study group used all ceramic restorations to repair the defective teeth.The adverse reactions,satisfaction and therapeutic effect of in two groups after treatment six months were recorded.Result：The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of study group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The therapeutic effects of tooth color,periodontal relationship,masticatory force and adjacency relationship in study group were better than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The use of all porcelain prostheses to repair dental defects by biomimetic repair can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after the treatment of the patients,has a significant effect on the restoration of the teeth and can be popularized in the clinic.
