摘要 大跨网架结构是一种常见的结构形式,因为设计、制造、安装、自然灾害及使用不当,不可避免地会出现质量及安全问题。为了保证大跨网架结构的可靠度,需要对其进行必要的检测、诊断与分析。以淮南市某区设计建造于1984年的大跨网架结构为例,对其损害情况进行客观有效的结构检测评定;对大跨网架结构进行原位检测,并结合相关规程、规范和标准分析了检测结果;运用ANSYS软件对该网架结构进行有限元分析,并综合测定分析结果和相关规程、规范和标准,对该网架结构作出了安全性鉴定。按照《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》(GB50292-2015)的规定,同时考虑到整体结构的基础沉降、承载能力及构件锈蚀等问题,将整体结构的安全性等级评定为Bsu级,在工程实践中可在此基础上作合理地改造与加固措施。 The long-span space truss structure is a common structural form.Because of improper design,manufacturing,installation,natural disasters and improper use,it will inevitably induce the quality and safety problems.In order to ensure the reliability of long-span grid structure,it is necessary to havea detection,diagnosis and analysis.By taking a large-span space truss structure designed and constructed in1984 as an example,this paper makes an objective and effective structural detection and evaluation on its damage.Firstly,the in-situ detection of long-span grid structure is carried out,and the detection results are analyzed in combination with relevant regulations,norms and standards.Then the finite element analysis of the grid structure is carried out by using ANSYS software,and the results meet the requirements.Finally,the safety evaluation of the grid structure is made by the analysis results of measurement and relevant regulations,norms and standards,and the safety grade of the whole structure is assessed as Bsu grade.In engineering practice,measures can be taken for reasonable reconstruction and reinforcement on the basis of the study.
