摘要 为解决柱塞气举排水采气控制系统中需要人工到井口进行制度调参、现场布线复杂、管理强度大等问题,以柱塞到达传感器信号、油压和套压为监测目标,以气井工作模式为控制目标,设计了基于无线传感网络的柱塞气举排水采气控制系统。该控制系统以CC2530处理器为核心设计井口中央节点、监测节点、控制节点、协调器,采用ZigBee协议实现自动组网、数据监测和控制信号传输。监测节点通过实时监测柱塞到达传感器信号,记录柱塞到达井口时间,实时监测井口油压和套压;利用智能井口中央节点判断柱塞到达井口时间和油套压变化情况,控制节点实现电动阀的精确控制。试验表明,该系统可满足多柱塞气举井实时控制的需求,并可对整个区块柱塞气举井进行实时监测,有效提高了气井生产的管理水平。 In order to solve the problems of manual regulation of the system parameters at the wellhead,complex wiring and high management intensity in the control system of water drainage and gas production for plunger gas lifting,a control system of water drainage and gas production for plunger gas lifting based on wireless sensor network is established.The control system uses CC2530 processor as the core for designing the wellhead,monitoring central node,control node and the coordinator,the ZIGBEE protocol is adopted to realize the automatic network,data monitoring and the transmission of control signals.The monitoring nodes can record the time from plunger to wellhead,real-time monitor the tubing pressure and casing pressure changes through real-time monitoring the signal from the plunger to the sensor.The intelligent wellhead central node is used to judge the time from plunger to wellhead and changes of pressures on casings and tubings.The control node is used for control the electric valve accurately.The experimental results show that the system can meet the demands of real-time control of multi-plunger gas lift wells,and can monitor the whole plunger gas lift wells in real time,thus effectively improving the production management level of gas wells.
