摘要
从智能控制系统的优化设计、CAD/CAM应用软件的开发、主轴结构及工作模式的优化设计和整体结构的优化设计四个方面对传统木工钻铣中心进行了技术改造和智能化升级,提高了设备的加工精度和生产效率,形成了具有自主知识产权的智能木工钻铣加工中心。
Technical and intelligent improvement of a woodworking drilling and milling center was made from four aspects as optical design of intelligent control system,opening of CAD/CAM application software,optical design of principal axis structure & working mode,and optical design of overall structure. After improvement,machining precision and production efficiency was risen and a kind of intelligent woodworking drilling & milling center with independent intellectual property right was formed.
