摘要
本文通过对LF驱动以及高低频通信模块的研发设计完成轿车智能无钥匙进入的控制。利用该系统工作原理以及需要实现的主动、被动及其他功能,了解系统中PEPS系统控制器、车身控制器BCM、智能钥匙、电子门把手、低频天线等关键部件的作用与原理,将整体设计方案以及各个模块之间的通讯关系相结合并进行程序设计,最后通过台架设计完成试验。实现了只需携带智能钥匙即可进入车内的无钥匙功能,并根据功能规范和环境验证规范对系统做了有效验证。通过上述初步设计与研究成果,为我国汽车行业的智能无钥匙系统的自主研发工作提供有益的参考。
This article through the LF drive and high-low-frequency communication module R&D and design to complete the smart car keyless entry control. Use the working principle of the system and the active,passive and other functions that need to be realized to understand the roles and principles of key components such as PEPS system controller,body controller BCM,smart key,electronic door handle,and low-frequency antenna. And the communication relationship between each module is combined and programmed,and finally the test is completed through the gantry design. The keyless function that can be entered into the car by simply carrying the smart key is realized,and the system is effectively verified according to the function specification and the environmental verification specification. Through the above preliminary design and research results,it provides a useful reference for the independent R&D work of the intelligent keyless system in the automotive industry in China.
