摘要
掺杂稀土YB3+镱离子的荧光光纤CYFD以固定的速率和荧光进行泵浦,以此制成的温度传感器具备体积小、易控制、寿命长、成本低等优点。本文设计的温控器采用光纤式测温传感器的稀土CYFD荧光材料探头、石英传导光纤和光电转换模块。这种设计使得温控器具有良好的电磁兼容性,使用的石英传导光纤具有高耐压、高绝缘、无火花、无电磁干扰的优点,可以在震动、灰尘、潮湿、油污等特殊工作环境下正常工作。
The fluorescence fiber CYFD doped with rare earth ytterbium ion is pumped at a fixed rate and fluorescence,and the temperature sensor made from it has the advantages of small volume,easy control,long life and low cost. The temperature controller designed in this paper USES rare earth CYFD fluorescent material probe,quartz conduction optical fiber and photoelectric conversion module of optical fiber sensor. This design makes the temperature controller has a good electromagnetic compatibility,the use of
quartz conduction fiber high pressure,high insulation,no spark,no electromagnetic interference,can be in shock,dust,humidity,
grease and other special work environment to work normally.
