警务信息综合应用平台实施及适应性改造

Implementation and Adaptability Improvement of Police Information Integrated Application Platform

公安机关是国家政权的重要组成部分,是维护我国社会稳定、人民安定和谐的基础,警务信息综合应用平台是公安信息化基础,警务信息综合应用平台建设是信息建设的重中之重。省公安厅响应政策要求,组织专家研发了警务信息综合应用平台标准版本,并从省公安厅免费下发各地市公安局进行实施部署。笔者结合武汉市公安局现有各类软硬件基础设施的具体情况,对省厅下发警务信息综合应用平台的实施及适应性改造进行了论述,以期给兄弟单位警综平台的实施提供参考。

The public security organ is an important part of the state power of our country. It is the basis for maintaining the stability of our society and the stability and harmony of the people. The comprehensive application platform of police information is the basis of public security information, and the construction of the comprehensive application platform for police information is the most important part of the information construction. The Provincial Public Security Department responded to the policy requirements, and organized experts to develop the standard version of the comprehensive application platform for police information and deploy it from the Public Security Bureau of the provincial public security department for flee. In view of the specific conditions of the existing hardware and software infi＇astructure of the Wuhan Public Security Bureau, the implementation and adaptation of the comprehensive application platform of police information in the provincial office are discussed in order to provide reference for the implementation of the police comprehensive platform for the fraternal units.
