Detecting the Preservation of Goods in Public Places Based on Background Difference Method

现今世界各国对公共安全的重视程度日渐提高,视频监控系统作为一种必不可少的技术手段,智能化是它必然的发展趋势。笔者将利用背景差分法对公共场所监控视频进行目标检测,找出可能存在的遗留物品。其间,使用高斯混合模型法建立背景模型,并利用双重背景缓冲区来进行具体的目标检测。

Nowadays, all countries in the world are paying more and more attention to public safety. Video surveillance system is an indispensable technical means, and intelligence is its inevitable development trend. In this paper, the background-difference method will be used to detect the surveillance video in public places and identify objects that are possible left behind. In the meantime, the Gaussian mixture model will be used to establish the background model, and the double background buffer will be used to carry out the specific target detection.
