基于协同工作的日程管理系统的设计

Design of Schedule Management System Based on Collaborative Work

随着计算机技术的发展,计算机支持的协同工作(Computer Supported Cooperative Work)的研究越来越深入,在工作中人们的工作形式已从个体独立向群体协同方向转化,目的就是要提高工作的质量和效率。笔者在分析计算机支持的协同工作应用背景的基础上,详细介绍了传统的日程管理所遇到的问题,同时,结合协同日程系统结构的主要要求,提出了建立高效、可靠的协同日程管理的运行体系。

With the development of computer technology, the research of Computer Supported Cooperative Work is becoming more and more in-depth. In the work, people＇s work forms have been transformed from individual independence to group cooperative direction. The purpose is to improve the quality and efficiency of work. On the basis of analyzing the background of the application of computer supported cooperative work, the author introduces the problems encountered in the traditional schedule management. At the same time, combining the main requirements of the cooperative schedule system, a efficient and reliable cooperative schedule management system is put forward.
