摘要 服务流程视觉化设计是服务设计、流程设计、信息设计与传达设计几门学科的跨学科结合。其设计元素(文字、色彩和图形)将复杂、含糊的服务流程信息进行筛选、整合,表现得比文字更直观、生动、快速。服务流程视觉化设计不仅由设计元素构成,而且还涉及到表现方式的运用,不仅定位在可用性层面上,而更应该落在情感诉求方面。 Visual design of service process is an interdisciplinary integration of service design, process design, information design and communication design. Its design elements (characters, colors and patterns) have been screened and integrated from complicated and ambiguous service process information to express more directly, vividly and rapidly than characters. Visual design of service process has not only been comprised of design elements, but also involved in application of expression mode. It has been oriented to application, but more importantly, it should respond to emotional appeal.
