摘要
大学要重寻内在生命力、实现振兴,就需要对组织内部进行协调和革新,而这必须通过管理才能达成。大学的组织特性进而规定了大学必须实行管理人性化。明晰人性诉求是实行管理人性化的基础,组织中的人性诉求是通过组织活动来展现的,大学师生的主体活动表明自由是大学组织内主导性的人性诉求。文化管理因其能够满足大学师生的人性诉求,而成为实现大学管理人性化的有效途径。
To revive the inner vitality of the university requires coordination and innovation within the organization, which must be achieved through management, and the organization characteristics of the university further require it must carry out humanization management. Clarifying human nature appeal is the basis of management humanization. The human demand in the organization is demonstrated through organizing activities, and the main activities of the teachers and students in the university organization show that freedom is the dominant human appeal. Cultural management is an effective way to realize university management humanization due to its ability to satisfy the appeals of students and teachers.
