基于促进学生发展的高中语文教师教学应变能力的调查研究

随着教育改革力度的加大,传统的教学模式正在逐渐被打破,针对当前高中语文课堂的现状,我们深知,学生呼唤灵活多变的课堂,而教育机智作为教师应该具备的教学应变能力,就显得极为重要。本文主要通过对部分地区高中语文教师以及学生的调查采访,分析了有关高中语文教师具备教学应变能力的必要性以及对学生未来发展的影响,从学校、教师以及学生三个方面给予指导性的意见。

With the increasing intensity of education reform, the traditional teaching model is gradually being broken, in view of the situation of the cun：ent high school Chinese class, we know that students call for flexible class. The education mechanism is extremely important as a teacher＇s adaptability of teaching. Through survey and interviews with high school teachers and students in some areas, and analysis of whether a high school Chinese teacher has the ability to adapt to teaching and the influence on the future of students, some guidances to school, teacher and student are put forward.
