摘要
建构主义者倡导外语教学中创设有效的学习环境和保证足量的语言输入和输出。多媒体网络技术的发展为外语学习环境的改善和语言的足量输入和输出提供了有利条件。以高校英语学习者为研究对象,探讨和设计基于建构主义理论的多媒体网络环境下英语文化教学模式,并实证其有效性。对所得实验数据的统计分析后发现,多媒体网络环境下英语文化教学模式的应用效果显著优于传统课堂英语文化教学模式,并据此提出提高外语文化教学效果的建议。
Constructionism advocates creating effective learning environments to ensure sufficient amounts of language input and output in foreign language teaching. M ultimedia and netw ork technology provide favorable conditions for improving the foreign language learning environments.This paper, w ith students of English major as subjects, explores and designs the English culture teaching model in the multimedia netw ork environment, and makes an empirical study of the effectiveness of the teaching model. Statistical analysis of the experimental data reveals that the English culture teaching model in the multimedia netw ork environment is significantly more effective than that of the traditional teaching model,and,accordingly,the researchers put forw ard some suggestions to enhance the effectiveness of English culture teaching.
