基于OBE理念的高校毕业要求达成度评估研究 被引量:31

摘要 成果导向教育作为一种先进的教育理念,在美国等一些国家已有了多年的理论与实践探索,至今已形成了一套比较完整的理论体系和实施模式,而且已证明是高等工程教育改革的正确方向。如何基于这一理念,合理设计教学中达成度的评价评估方法,需要在教学与改革过程中进一步深入研究。以成果导向教育理念为基础,以毕业要求达成度评价体系和计算方法为研究目标,通过理解毕业要求、考核形式和课程之间的关系,探讨了基于成果导向教育理念的毕业要求达成度计算的评价原理,研究了三者两两之间的量化关系与毕业要求达成度的计算方法。并在上海理工大学教学评估中应用了OBE理念与毕业要求达成度计算方法,证明了该研究在实际应用过程中具有合理性和有效性。 As an advanced educational concept, outcome-based education has been going through many years of theoretical and practical exploration in the United States and other countries. So far it has formed a relatively complete theoretical system and implementation models, w hich have been proved to be correct direction for higher education reform. Thus,it is necessary to further study in the process of teaching and reform,in order to rationally design evaluation and evaluation methods for the achievement of education. This paper studies the evaluation system and calculation method of achievement degree of graduation. The calculation of graduation requirements based on the outcomebased education principle is presented to further study the quantitative relationship among graduation requirements,evaluation approaches and course arrangement. The method has been applied in the teaching of evaluation at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology,w hich proves the effectiveness and validity of the proposed approach in practical application.
