侦查工作机制是现代警务管理机制的组成部分,是警务运行机制的重要内容。工业技术革命导致侦查工作机制变革的历史表明,生产技术在促使社会生产方式改变的同时,也影响着犯罪类型的变化、犯罪发生数量的增加、侦查技术的提升,并最终促使侦查工作机制变革。当前,随着大数据技术的发展,一方面针对计算机网络的犯罪与利用计算机网络的犯罪大量涌现,另一方面大数据技术也为侦查工作提供了大量新战法。为了适应大数据背景下侦查工作的需要,公安机关有必要调整机关内部职能部门的设置,完善警察机关的侦查资源配置方式,提高侦查执法工作的规范性,以进一步提升侦查工作效率和人权保障水平。

In order to adapt to the needs of investigation under the background of big data, public security organs need to adjust the establishment of interior functional departments, improve the investigative resources allocation of police organs, strengthen the standardization of law enforcement investigation, in order to further enhance the efficiency of investigation and the level of human rights protection.
