执法规范化背景下的公安法治教育

虽然国家已将公安执法规范化建设作为公安工作的重点,然而执法不规范仍是现今公安执法工作中的最突出的问题。造成这一现象的根源在于公安人员法治意识薄弱、法治教育缺乏。因此,在现今公安执法规范化背景之下,应大力发展公安法治教育,构建公安法治理念教育、公安业务基础法律教育以及公安专门法律教育协调发展的公安法治教育体系,为法治建设培养具有法治理念、法治情怀的公安执法人员。

The root cause of this phenomenon which reflects the weak legal awareness of public security officers and the lack of legal education. Therefore, under the current background of the standardization of public security law enforcement, We should energetically develop the public security legal education, and construct a public security legal education system of law concept education, basic law education and special law education of public security work in coordinated development, in order to train the public security law enforcement officers with the concept of law and feelings governed by law.
