摘要
针对现有幅频特性测试装置存在信号源平坦度不高、只能现场测量而受到地域限制等问题,利用新型器件设计一个基于双绞线和WIFI的远程幅频特性测试仪。系统由扫频信号源、同步锯齿波、双绞线传输及解调、高频检波、WIFI等模块组成。采用宽带自动增益控制电路(AGC)对DDS模块输出信号进行调理,解决DDS的扫频信号存在高频幅度衰减的问题。利用双绞线传输被测网络的幅度和频率信息,远程端的解调和检波电路提取幅度和频率信号接入示波器,以XY模式显示幅频特性曲线。同时ADC采集检波信号后利用WIFI发送到电脑终端显示幅频曲线。最后利用所设计的系统对自制的宽带放大器进行了幅频特性测试实验,幅频曲线显示准确、可靠。能满足某些场合对未知网络的远程测量需求。
In view of the existing signal amplitude characteristics of the existing testing device flatness is not high,only field measurement and geographical constraints and other issues,the use of new devices based on the design of a twisted pair and WIFI-based remote amplitude-frequency characteristics of the tester.System consists of sweep source,synchronous sawtooth wave,twisted pair transmission and demodulation,high-frequency detection,WIFI and other modules. Adopt the broadband automatic gain control circuit（ AGC） to modulate the output signal of DDS module,and solve the problem of the high-frequency amplitude attenuation of the frequency-swept signal of DDS. The use of twisted pair transmission network measured the amplitude and frequency of information,remote demodulation and demodulation circuit to extract amplitude and frequency signal access oscilloscope XY mode display amplitude-frequency characteristic curve.At the same time ADC acquisition signal after the use of WIFI sent to the computer terminal display amplitude-frequency curve. Finally,the designed system is used to test the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the homemade broadband amplifier.The amplitude-frequency curve shows accurate and reliable.To meet some occasions for unknown network remote measurement needs.
