摘要
针对传统数显仪器数据无法远程采集,新型无线传输仪器之间数据无法整合的问题,设计了一种基于图像识别的仪器数据远程传输系统。系统完成了硬件及软件的设计,包括图像采集端、服务器端以及客户端。实现了仪表图像的摄像头采集、GPRS传输,服务器端图像的数字识别,测量数据的存储,数据可在PC端网页以及Android客户端进行查询及显示。经测试,该系统可通过定时及手动请求的方式传输远程仪器的数据。系统适用性广,可应用于所有数显仪器上。
In view of the problems of the traditional digital display instrument and the new wireless transmission instrument such as inconvenience and non-commonality,a remote data transmission system based on digit recognition was proposed.The system has completed the hardware and software design,including image acquisition system,server and client. The system realizes functions of image acquisition,GPRS transmission,Digital recognition,data storage,processing and display. The experimental results show that the system can transmit the data by timing or manual request.The system has wide applicability and can be applied to all digital display instruments.
