摘要
针对电机数据采集困难繁琐的问题,设计了一种基于ARM的电机转速与电流无线采集系统。该采集系统具有不与电机控制信号直接接触,不改变电机的控制方式等优势。硬件部分以CortexM4微处理器为开发平台,设计了电机转速采集电路、转矩采集电路、Zig Bee无线传输电路以及单片机最小系统电路等。实际实验结果表明,该系统能准确地采集到电机的转矩、转速、电流等数据,系统具有采集精度高、稳定性好等优点。
Aiming at the problem of motor data acquisition,a wireless acquisition system based on ARM for motor current and torque speed is designed.The acquisition system has the advantage that it is not in direct contact with the motor control signal and does not change the control mode of the motor.The hardware part adopts the Cortex-M4 microprocessor as the development platform,and designs the motor speed acquisition circuit,the torque acquisition circuit,the Zig Bee wireless transmission circuit and the minimum system circuit of the single chip. The experimental results show that the system can accurately collect the torque,speed and current of the motor.The system has the advantages of high precision and good stability.
