摘要 飞机电气线路老龄化问题日渐突出,航空继电器作为电气系统中不可或缺的部件,其疲劳性和可靠性对飞机安全至关重要。LEACH型平衡力式继电器凭借其具有记忆功能、耗电少、动作快、环境适应性好等优良特性,广泛应用于航空电气控制系统中。文章以平衡力式继电器为检测对象,以PHM技术为指导原则,依据继电器可靠性测试标准和方法,设计了继电器性能检测系统。该系统采用STM32F429为核心控制器,可完成继电器性能参数采集、数据处理、状态监测等。试验结果表明,系统运行良好,满足设计技术指标,可为继电器剩余寿命评估、寿命预测及维修提供硬件支持和判断依据,具有较高应用价值。 Aircraft electrical wiring aging problem highlighted increasingly,aviation relays as integral components of electric system,their fatigue and reliability are very important to the safety of the aircraft. With the memory function,less power consumption,faster and good environmental adaptability features,force-balanced relay of LEACH Company's production,which widely used in aircraft electric control system. In the paper,force-balanced relay as the test object,the performance measurement system,which is based on PHM technology,is designed according to the relay reliability test standard and method. Adopting STM32 F429 as the kernel controller,the system can complete the performance parameter collection,data processing,state monitoring,etc. Test results show that the system runs well and meets the design requirements,which can provide hardware supports and judgments to the residual life assessment,life prediction andmaintenance for the relay. And the system has higher application value.
