摘要
针对微弱电容信号检测的问题,设计了一种基于Pcap01芯片的高精度微电容检测系统。系统硬件主要由微电容测量芯片Pcap01、单片机MSP430最小系统以及供电电路组成。系统软件主要实现了微小电容采集、Pcap01与MSP430之间的SPI通讯以及通过RS485通讯将数据发送到上位机界面显示。实验证明,该系统测量电容的误差可以低至4.114 7 f F,具有精度高、抗干扰强等优点。
Aiming at the problem of weak capacitance signal detection,a high precision micro capacitor detection system based on Pcap01 chip is designed. The system hardware is mainly composed of microcapacitance measuring chip Pcap01,MSP430 minimum system and power supply circuit. The system software mainly realizes the SPI communication between small capacitance collection,Pcap01 and MSP430,and sends data to the upper computer interface through RS485 communication. The actual experiment proves that the error of measuring capacitance can be low to 4.114 7 f F,and the system has a series of advantages such as high precision and high anti-interference.
