摘要 针对城市公交车门控制器软件升级繁琐的问题,设计了一种支持无线软件升级的新型车门控制器。该系统以STM32F4为开发平台,硬件部分设计了无刷直流电机控制电路、电机电流采样电路、电机过流保护电路、外部I/O过流保护电路以及基于Si1000的无线软件升级电路。软件部分主要由Bootloader程序和用户APP程序组成,即通过串口IAP功能对现有软件进行升级。上位机主要是实现对公交车门控制器软件无线升级并监测车门控制器运行的状态参数。实际使用表明,该系统可以实现对公交车门控制器软件的无线升级,可靠性高、安全性好。 Aiming at the problem of software upgrade of city bus door controller,a new type of door controller is designed to support the upgrade of wireless software. The system uses STM32 as the development platform,integrates the BLDC motor controller circuit,the motor current acquisition circuit,the motor over-current protection circuit,the external I/O over-current protection circuit,and the wireless upgrade circuit based on Si1000. The software section is mainly composed of the Bootloader program and the User APP program,which is to upgrade the existing software through the IAP function of serial port. The upper controller realizes the wireless upgrade of the city bus door controller and monitors the status parameters. The actual use shows that the system can achieve the door controller software wireless upgrade,high reliability,security and overcome the cumbersome process of ordinary upgrades.
