脉动热管蓄热器变充液率下传热对比实验研究

摘要 船舶在生产营运中会产生大量余热,余热能否快速传导和储存是余热再利用的关键技术。为了研究脉动热管对相变蓄热装置传热能力的影响,设计并搭建了脉动热管相变蓄热装置实验台。实验表明,实验装置中的传热主要是以脉动热管对流传热为主,壁面热传导传热为辅,脉动热管强化传热效果明显。在主要的蓄放热阶段中,只要充液率在一定范围内,脉动热管装置的蓄放热性能和充液率关系不大。 A large amount of waste heat will be produced during ship operation. The rapid conduction and storage of waste heat is the key technology for waste heat reutilization.In order to study the influence of pulsating heat pipe on heat transfer capability of phase change heat storage device,an experimental station of pulsating heat pipe phase change heat storage device was designed and built. The results show that in the experimental device,heat is mainly transferred by pulsating heat pipe convection transfer,supplemented by wall heat transfer.The effect of heat transfer enhancement by pulsating heat pipe is obvious.Besides,experiments show that in the main heat storage and release stage,the heat release performance of pulsating heat pipe system has little to do with liquid filling rate as long as the filling rate is within a certain range.
