摘要
针对固液悬浮体系内锚式搅拌桨的搅拌效果不理想的问题,通过在5L玻璃搅拌釜内,以消防砂和水为固液体系,对五种搅拌器进行实验研究,考察搅拌器桨型、转速对固液混合效果的影响,为实际生产中搅拌桨的选型提供依据。实验结果表明:在所用的五种搅拌器中,四折叶开启涡轮式搅拌器和桨式搅拌器的搅拌效果能满足该固液悬浮体系的要求,对该体系混合效率的提高有明显效果。
In solid-liquid suspensions,there are problems like anchor impellers not having ideal mixing effect. Therefore,experiments were made for five types of agitators in 5 L glass stirred vessel with Fire sand and water as the solid-liquid suspension to study the effects of the agitators and the rotational speed on the mixing of solid-liquid suspension.The study provides the basis for agitator selection in actual production as well as for improving mixing efficiency. The experimental results show that four pitched open turbine agitator and blade stirrer can meet the requirements of solid-liquid suspension.
