对我国港口资源整合影响因素及问题的思考——以山东港口群为例

山东半岛港口资源分布与发展不平衡加大了资源整合的难度,行政壁垒的存在阻碍着港口资源整合顺利进行,"整而不和"现象依然存在。山东省进行港口资源整合的重点在于平衡地方政府利益关系,山东省政府要加强完善港口方面的统计调查,加快山东省的综合物流信息平台建设和信息合作,制定共同遵守的合作公约和相关法律制度。

The integration of port resources has become a trend.As macroeconomic growth slows,the problems in the development of coastal ports in China are becoming more and more prominent,the integration of port resources is one of the important strategies to solve the dilemma.However,at present,the integration of port resources in our country is not systematic and efficient.Due to the influence factors of the port resource integration is varied,it is of great significance for the future development of the port and the whole region to carry out resource integration according to local conditions.On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of China＇s port resources integration,taking shandong peninsula port group as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties of shandong port group resource integration and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
