应用型本科高校人才需求及培养策略研究——以钦州学院工程造价专业为例

A Study of Talent Demands and Cultivation Strategies of Application-Oriented Universities——A Case Study of Engineering Cost Specialty in Qinzhou University

广西北部湾地区工程造价人才需求趋旺,但存在外部输入动力不足、本地供给滞后、地方高校专业配置与区域需求错位导致工程造价毕业生供给不足等问题。地方高校应广泛深入开展校企融合,结合院校区域功能定位和企业岗位需求,制定专业发展方向和目标,让企业全面参与人培方案、课程设置、实践教学、实习实训方案等教研活动;并从优化教学条件、创新组织管理、合理搭配师资以及技能孵化模式等方面对人才培养模式的实施进行保障。

There is an increasing demand for construction cost professionals in Guangxi Beibu Gulf area.However,factors such as weak external drives,lagging local supplies,local colleges disciplines setting mismatching regional demands,etc.,lead to an inadequate supply of construction cost professionals. Therefore,local colleges should deepen school-enterprise cooperation,setting disciplinary development orientations and goals by combining school＇s regional functions with enterprises＇ needs,involving enterprises into teaching and researching activities like making talent cultivation programs,setting curriculum,planning practice teaching,internship and practice training,etc.,so as to provide supports for talent cultivation by optimizing teaching facilities,renovating organizing management,improving teaching personnel allocation and deepening technology incubation,etc.
