摘要
含锑脆硫铅精矿是滇南地区的一种代表性的铅精矿,含锑相对较低,目前采用常规的冶炼方法铅锑的分离回收较为困难,造成资源浪费。为综合利用此类矿物,开展实验室试验探索试验和半工业扩大试验,以寻求一种合理有效的处理工艺和技术参数。试验结果表明:以碱性硫化钠溶液为浸出液,在最佳试验条件下可较好的将矿物中的锑与其他有价金属的选择性分离,且锑的浸出率达到94%以上,实现了矿物最大限度的综合利用。
Antimony-bearing jamesonite concentrate is a kind of representative lead concentrate in south Yunnan,the antimony content is relatively low,it is difficult to separate and recycle lead and antimony by conventional smelting method,it will lead to resource wastage. The laboratory test,probe test and semi industrialization expanding test were carried out to seek a kind of reasonable,effective treatment process and technical parameters in order to comprehensive utilization of this kind of mineral. The test results show: antimony and the other valuable metals can be better separated selectively under the best test conditions which taking alkaline sodium sulphide as the leaching agent,therefore,the leaching rate of antimony can reach over 94%,the maximum comprehensive utilization of minerals can be realized.
