摘要 目的评价剪切波弹性成像(SWE)测量正常成人双侧正中神经弹性成像杨氏模量值的可重复性。资料与方法对31例正常成年人进行SWE扫描,由同一检查者于不同时间及不同检查者分别行双侧正中神经弹性成像,扫查时选取从手腕到上臂的4个不同位点,应用Q-box技术获取正常成人正中神经的杨氏模量值。评价组内及组间的重复性。结果相同检查者同一日正常成人的2次测值、间隔15 d的2次测值、不同检查者间2次测值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),正中神经杨氏模量值的组内及组间相关系数均>0.5,提示组内及组间重复性较好;Bland-Altman图提示SWE的测量值在组内及组间一致性良好。结论 SWE可用于外周神经弹性成像杨氏模量值的测量,组内及组间均具有良好的可重复性。 Purpose To assess the repeatability of shear wave elastography (SWE) in the measurement of Young's modulus of bilateralmedian nerve in healthy adults. Materials and Methods Thirty-one healthy volunteers were evaluated using SWE by different operatorsand by the same operator at different time points. The bilateral nerve was sampled in cross-section at four predetermined locations fromwrist to arm. The Young's modulus was obtained using Q-box. The intra- and inter-group repeatability was assessed. Results There were no statistical significance between the same or different operators on the same day or separated days in the Young's modulus (P〉0.05). Theinter- and intra-group correlation coefficients were both above 0.5, indicating preferable inter- and intra-repeatability. At the same time,the Bland-Altman figure suggested that there was excellent coherence in SWE measurement within and between groups. Conclusion SWE can be used to measure the Young's modulus of peripheral nerve elastography, with good repeatability within and between groups.
